We maintain a flexible policy in which our customer is the most important part , is very important to know our cancellation policies because they are a major issue to our clients and our company.



Cancellation and No Show Policy:



90% of the reservation will be refunded if it's cancelled 24hrs prior the arrival. The penalty covers all expenses generated by the bank companies in concept of commissions for transactions, for your satisfation, the company will not bill administrative charges whenever this condition is fullfilled.



If the cancellation occurs in less than 24hrs or in case of no show, the penalty will be of the full amount of the reservation. This generates an administrative and operative expenses, because when the reservation is made we are assuring a unit for private service to the destination that's been indicated, therefore the unit cannot be re assigned to another service.



We highly appreciate to be ready 10 minutes before your transportation check in time, this is very important to fulfill our schedule and offer you a quality service by taking you on time of your flight's departure. In case you don't show up, we will have a tolerance of 10 minutes after the appointed time. If the client does not show up, we will leave a message and register the penalty mentioned before.

Flight Delays:



We provide a flight monitoring service, in case your flight is delayed, we will offer the service for your convenience. In case of long delays, the customer needs to notify it to us by calling our office or contacting us by email at no cost in both.

For Departures, in case there is a change made by the airline, the customer is responsible to notify the office at least 24 hrs prior the departure



Forgotten Items:



The company is not responsible for items that have been forgotten in the vehicle, remember that is your responsibility to verify your belongings before you leave, the vehicles have other services assigned during the day and we cannot control if someone else takes your forgotten items. In case you forget any belonging, please report it directly to our office, keep in mind that the company and the vehicle operator will not be held responsible. Our operators are professional good will people and may find your belongings if you report them on time.



Airport-Hotel Service



The pick up time at your hotel will be confirmed when you make your reservation, is very important to be ready at least 10 minutes the agreed time, be sure to be checked out of the hotel and have your luggage ready to be stored in the vehicle, we will offer only 10 minutes tolerance. The units usually have more scheduled services and cannot wait more than 10 minutes.



Last Minute Reserves



Reservations 24 hours or less prior to arrival (same day to arrive) require confirmation via phone, otherwise the service can or not be provided and considered no show. No refund penalty can be apply
